1. Introduction
Welcome to Anthro Care Inc, a Private Limited Company (“Anthro Care,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, platform, mobile applications, and all related healthcare technology services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
2. Definitions
- “Provider”: A healthcare professional or organization using Anthro Care to manage or monitor patients.
- “Designee”: A staff member, assistant, or third party authorized by a Provider to use the platform.
- “Patient”: An individual receiving care services through the platform.
- “PHI”: Protected Health Information as defined under HIPAA.
- “Platform”: Anthro Care’s web portal, app, monitoring tools, communication tools, surveys, alerts, and analytics systems.
3. Scope of Services
Anthro Care provides a secure healthcare technology platform that may include:
- Remote patient monitoring (RPM)
- Health assessments, surveys, and check-ins
- Monitoring through smart devices
- Messaging, reminders, and automated alerts
- Data analytics and insights
- Uploading medical photos/videos (e.g., wound images)
- Provider-patient communication tools
- Care coordination features
These Services are intended to support – not replace – the professional judgment and treatment plan of licensed healthcare Providers.
4. Not Emergency Services
Anthro Care IS NOT an emergency service.
If you are experiencing an emergency or urgent medical crisis, call your local emergency number immediately.
The platform must never be relied upon for emergency decision-making, life-supporting critical alerts, or time-sensitive medical responses.
5. No Medical Advice
Anthro Care:
- Does not provide medical advice
- Does not diagnose or treat conditions
- Does not replace professional clinical judgment
All medical decisions should be made by Providers. Patients must consult their Provider for any health concerns.
6. Enrollment & Consent
6.1 Patient Authorization
Patients enroll through a Provider’s invitation or care program.
By enrolling, Patients consent for Anthro Care to:
- Collect, store, analyze, and transmit PHI
- Communicate with Providers and Designees
- Send health-related reminders and messages
- Use PHI to improve platform functionality
- Provide analytics, alerts, and suggestions to Providers
6.2 HIPAA Authorization
Anthro Care operates as a Business Associate under HIPAA.
As part of enrollment, Patients authorize the use and disclosure of PHI for:
- Treatment and care coordination
- Healthcare operations
- Quality improvement
- Clinical suggestions & automated insights
- Communication with Providers
- Device integration and monitoring services
- Data analysis and reporting
- Platform improvements
- Marketing or educational updates (if specifically consented)
6.3 Revocation of Authorization
Patients may revoke authorization at any time by contacting:
support@anthro.care
Revocation does not affect prior actions taken while authorization was valid.
6.4 SMS & Text Messaging Communications
By providing your phone number and opting into SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from Anthro Care related to healthcare services, care updates, reminders, alerts, and program communications.
Types of Messages
Messages may include but are not limited to:
- Appointment reminders
- Health monitoring alerts
- Care program updates
- Provider communications
- Account notifications
- Service or support messages
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on your care program and provider activity but typically does not exceed 2 messages per week.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

7. Data Privacy, Security & Cookies
7.1 Security Standards
Anthro Care maintains strict administrative, physical, and technical safeguards, including:
- HIPAA-compliant encryption (in transit & at rest)
- Role-based access control
- Secure coding practices
- Regular vulnerability testing
- Infrastructure-level security monitoring
- Encrypted backups & disaster recovery protocols
- Audit logs & access monitoring
7.2 Cookies & Tracking
We use:
- Essential cookies (required for login and platform function)
- Analytics cookies (usage tracking)
- Performance & preference cookies
Users may disable cookies via browser settings, but certain features may not work properly.
7.3 Third-Party Services
We may use partners for:

All partners handling PHI operate under Business Associate Agreements where required.
8. User Responsibilities
By using the Services, Users agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Not share account access
- Use the platform for lawful purposes only
- Not reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce the platform
- Not use the Services to harm or disrupt others
- Ensure devices used with the platform are secure
9. Intellectual Property
All software, content, trademarks, UI/UX, text, images, code, databases, analytics, and platform features belong exclusively to Anthro Care.
Users receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services.
Unauthorized reproduction or derivative work is prohibited.
10. Payment & Billing (If Applicable)
If any Service requires fees:
- You agree to pay all applicable fees
- Payments are non-refundable unless clearly stated
- Failure to pay may lead to suspension or termination
- Pricing may change with prior notice
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Anthro Care is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Not liable for lost revenue, data, business interruption
- Not liable for medical decisions made by Providers
- Not liable for third-party services or integrations
- Not liable for use or misuse of device data
- Not liable for user errors, misinterpretation, or expired device batteries
- Not liable for service interruptions, outages, or technical issues
Maximum liability (if applicable) shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
12.1 By User
You may stop using the Services anytime.

12.2 By Anthro Care
We may suspend or terminate access for:
- Security threats
- Violation of Terms
- Fraud or misuse
- Legal requirement
- Non-payment (if applicable)
12.3 Data Handling After Termination
Data may be retained for:
- Legal compliance
- Audit purposes
- Healthcare regulatory requirements
Deletion of PHI follows our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update or revise these Terms at any time.
Changes will be posted with a new Last Updated date.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes must be brought to state or federal courts in Wyoming.
15. Miscellaneous
- Severability: Invalid sections do not affect remaining Terms.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- Assignment: Users may not assign rights; Anthro Care may assign in the case of a merger or acquisition.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms + Privacy Policy form the full agreement.
